SF/F/H preferences:

I like galaxies far, far away; earth at least a thousand years hence; stuff with lots of trees; women and men in long flowy cloaks; anything shiny; Blade Runner and Buffy.

Publications, if any:

A couple of my stories have done okay - "Breathing the Waves" got a supplementary prize in the Bridport 2001 (UK), "Pilots" was long listed for the Fish Prize(Irl) 2002, "Chaff and Mettle" was runner up in New Writer 2004 (UK), “Multicoloured Blue” epublished by Far Sector and on Fictionwise.com 2004. “Rumour of the Knife” was published by Earlyworks Press 2007 (UK).

I’ve only recently realised I should’ve been writing spec fiction all along and now I don’t want to do anything else. At all.

Anything else you think would interest other members:

I grew up in Newcastle in the North of England very near Scotland. I spent a lot of time writing funny little poems and training caterpillars and space hoppers. Not much has changed except the poems have turned into stories and the space hoppers have turned into puppies.
