Spam, spam, spam spam
Note: The following ONLY applies to sending me "personal" messages -- it does NOT apply to critiques, manuscripts, or any of the other routine critters mail. Send those as usual.
I hate to do this, but I get, literally, about a thousand spams a day. Every day. Yes, we're talking hundreds of thousands a year. (I've had my addresses for 25+ years. :-) Not all in the Critters box, but that gets tons itself. However, I have my own custom anti-spam software, which is about 99.9% accurate for me (or I'd go insane), but it does misfile a real message as spam every now and then. Hence the solution below. :-)
So, if you want to send me a personal note about something, a special request, comment, etc., and don't want your message shunted off to the spam box :-), put the code word
Thanks!
