- HOTMAIL: http://mailformat.dan.info/config/hotmail.html (This is a common issue: If you use hotmail, be sure to turn OFF "rich text editor" in the Tools drop-down menu when composing the mail. See this link for details -- but basically, click New message, click Tools, click "Rich-Text Editor OFF" to turn it off.)
If these fail, try Google with a search like "plain text" (in quotes) and the name of your service, for example: hotmail "plain text"
